Feeling fab is not about being as thin as possible, as rich as possible or pretending we’re younger than we are! It’s about celebrating what we are and living the best we can.
I’ll be using this section to cover topics such as looking great and feeling fit, parenting and relationships, and celebrities, books, movies and music.
I’d love to know your thoughts so do join me on Facebook and Twitter and tell me what makes you feel fab!
Near the end of 2011 I found that wearing too much black clothing was affecting my mood. Don't get me wrong, black is sexy and you can dress it up. Even I've got an LBD (little black dress). Black was such an easy colour to grab every day from the wardrobe, I found I was becoming more mechanical and less creative with the way I was dressing. So I've set myself a task of not wearing any black for 3 months, I've done pretty well so far, and it HAS changed my mood. On Friday I bought a jumper which was PINK and ORANGE (I know), felt really weird at first and I was convinced everyone was looking at me but by the end of the day I took the compliments with glee and was Feeling Fab.

I'm starting the new year in the right mood. Weight Watchers have asked me to be involved in their Pro Points Plan radio campaign alongside one lucky Magic 105.4 listener. I'm taking on this task for a full month and you'll be able to check my progress here every week, with additional updates on Facebook and Twitter. I'm getting the Plan today, (Monday 9th January) and I'll let you know how I get on. The goal is to be Feeling Fab by the end of it.
OK, so there'll be a tendancy to eat a little extra, and drink a little extra, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't going to indulge. What I have done, is to start thinking about the extra "work" that I'll have to put in to burn off those pounds - and believe me the gym is not somewhere I like being! It feels lovely when you're looking at those mince pies, that extra roast potato, spoonful of rice, or the additional spoon of macaroni cheese, but for me the thought of the gym on a compulsory level doesn't feel so lovely!!
I'm not going for a resolution, I'm going to adopt a life change from head to toe. Don't deprive yourself of some little delights over Christmas, but be realistic, and most of all enjoy the festive season. Enjoy the time off with family, enjoy the time off by visiting and contacting friends. Enjoy yourself - Merry Christmas!!

It's impossible for anyone to walk into this beautiful space in a stressed state and walk out feeling exactly the same way. I was lucky enough to go to The Spa at the St. Pancras Hotel this week and it's like nothing I've experienced before. Dimmed lights, soft music, beauty therapy experiences for both men and women, Cinq Mondes Spa products, the most amazing health pool – I could have stayed there all afternoon but had to get back to do my show!!
I had a dip in the health pool, after which I entered the therapy room, and a beautiful fan of peacock feathers was placed on the outer side of the door – a bit more classy than a Do Not Disturb Sign!!
What little luxuries help you relax, rewind and feel fab? Apart from Stress Busters of course!! Tell me on Facebook...

And no I’m not going to suggest we eat as much chocolate as we can and then feel guilty and bloated afterwards!
Some info was passed my way about a chocolate flavoured drink that’s packed with nutrients, veg and fruit. Neil Asher (right)is the creator and founder of Kidz5ADay, a drink he created when his daughter refused to eat her veg. The results were amazing, she didn’t flinch at the first sip and has loved it ever since.
I’ll be speaking with Neil soon, and you’ll be able to hear the result here on AngieGreaves.com or the Magic FM website. Do also take a look at the Kidz5ADay Facebook site, there’s a great opportunity for your son or daughter to become the face of this product.

I've never liked the word 'diet.' It means telling yourself continually that you're missing out on all the good stuff everyone else is enjoying. In fact there are a lot of foods which I can usually just take or leave....but as soon as I'm in that diet mind-set I suddenly want all the unhealthy food because I know I can't have it! The more you're told no, the more tempting they seem!
My trick is to see all the feel-good foods as the treats. I love a bit of Caribbean cooking but I'll grill, rather than fry the fish, so I get all the spicy flavours but feel healthier. Then I'll go for a fruity dessert of mango, melon and grapefruit. This sort of food leaves me feeling good about myself. And when I'm eating healthily I feel more awake, my skin looks better and I even sleep better.
So let's ban the word 'diet' and stick to the foods that we know make us feel good. What are yours? Let's get a discussion going on Facebook and I'll add them here.
Ever looked at photos of yourself and thought "Damn, I've aged!"
Or maybe like these four you just get better with time - like a good wine!!!
I'm forty plus and feeling fab. How about you? Join me on Facebook and let me know!
